2356586 - Unable To Delete Individual Slots from the Schedule Offering - LMS

In different sessions we have 2 or more slots created, and when some particular users try to delete them individually, and select the Save button, nothing happens, but when they select both, then the option to proceed is displayed. Not sure why it works in this way.

Go into the SO which has slots

Click on registrations tab from the related section

Click on slots and try to remove it.

Timezone value from the dropdown is not papulated

- We were able to find out that you were only able to delete a single slot from the offering if you update the timezone value, in the slots.

- At that point we are able to point out that the timezone ID is not populated in the slots that is why it was not allowing to delete, but if you populate the timezone id - it is deleting.

- The timezone id was not populated because the admin do not have the timezone in the preference,  if update the preference with the timezone, time is coming auto-populated in the slots section. Hence the issue will not appear.
