2356861 - Duplicate entry for role in SU01

Symptom

Access request is raised to change dates to a role that is already assigned to the user.

The role is added via "Add->Role" button, and dates are changed accordingly.

After provisioning, there is duplicate entry for the same role in SU01, in other words, a new entry was added, instead of changing dates of the existing assignment.
