2357217 - An internal error occurred while calling 'saveDocumentToCorporate' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)

Symptom

  • A scheduled Web Intelligence report instance fails with the following error message:
    • Error: An internal error occurred while calling 'saveDocumentToCorporate' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
  • The issue only occurs when the instance is scheduled to WebI format.
  • The instance runs successfully when scheduled by a member of the Administrators group.
  • There is no issue while viewing / refreshing the report.
