2357591 - Dump tran command in script gets hung on PLC Sleep if truncate log on checkpoint is on - SAP ASE for BS

At times the dump tran with truncate_only process may hung on PLC Sleep  on a database which has "truncate log on checkpoint" option enabled.

If you run the below query you may see the dump tran process with below status for longer period
