2357605 - Line breaks in text cannot be filtered on in ORD, appear as <br>

Certain data fields from BizX modules contain only line breaks.  These display in certain reporting outputs as <br> and the filter editor cannot exclude them.

SuccessFactors Online Report Designer

The Online Report Designer is not designed to fully parse HTML in object field strings.  It interprets a line break as the text '<br>' but cannot then recognise it if you filter on that text.  Even Report Values cannot select it and then filter on it.

To filter out these results, use the Report Values section of the filter editor to select all available values for the field, then select the empty option and remove it.

To resolve the issue fully, investigate why empty fields in your BizX data contain only line breaks.  (You may require assistance from the Platform team or other support.)
