2357626 - Different timezone sent on registration notifications

Class has a start date different that the registration notification.

1. Set the user preference to a specific timezone > Make sure the user has a valid email id
2. Enroll the user into the class > The timezone of the class is different than the user timezone
3. The registration email that the user receives has the user timezone and not the timezone of the class.

It happens because the user preference is set to a different timezone than the class timezone.

This is an expected behavior and the user should receive the email and timezones in the email based on its preferences.
