2357626 - Different timezone/date pattern sent on registration notifications

• The start date on the class does not match the date in the registration notification.
• The date pattern on the class does not match the time pattern in the registration notification.

1. Set the user preference to a specific timezone and date pattern > Make sure the user has a valid email ID.
2. Enroll the user in a class that uses a different time zone and/or date pattern than the user’s preferences.
3. Observe that the email displays the date/time using the user’s time zone and date pattern, not the time zone of the class.

It happens because the user preference is set to a different timezone and date pattern than the timezone of the class.

This is expected behavior. The registration email reflects the user’s preferences, so the time zone and date pattern in the email are based on the user’s settings.
