In the workflow approval, fields appear in a distorted / Incorrect order instead of appearing as configured in Data model.
Environment
Employee Central - Workflow
Cause
Workflows have an independent behaviour compared to the Employee / Manager Self-Service page.
As of the current system design, workflow behaviour does not respect the order of fields in the system
Resolution
This is Expected behaviour.
This is a cosmetic issue that does not affect the normal functioning of the workflow.
As of now, Engineering does not have a target release by when this will be enhanced. For the time being, kindly track the following Enhancement Request and upvote the said request for tracking. https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/52335
