2358006 - FTP sender channel doesn't pick up files and fails with "FILE NOT FOUND" error

You configure a FTP sender channel and set parameter "MSecs to Wait Before Modification Check" under Advanced Mode. You also use wildcard character (*)  as a File Masks parameter. For example, File Name is set to "*.AXML". The test result shows that

• When the property "MSecs to Wait Before Modification Check" is set, the files cannot be picked up from FTP server and "FILE NOT FOUND" error is shown in communication channel logs.
• If you change the File Name, e.g. from "*.AXML" (Uppercase) to "*.axml" (Lowercase), the files can be picked up.
• When the property "MSecs to Wait Before Modification Check" is disabled, the files can also be picked up from FTP server even the File Name is set to "*.AXML".
