2358096 - Rex Appplication cannot sync through relay server from an external network

Symptom

  • After installing SMP 3.0 MBO runtime server and then installing the REX client application the application users could not sync from outside the firewall.  The application users could sync inside the firewall.
    Device registration worked fine both inside and outside the firewall.
  • Error in the Rex client log showed:
    [2016-08-18T09:35:35] [ERROR  ]:On Registration success: exception name :SUPSynchronizeException, reason:
    Sync failed: -1305 (MOBILINK_COMMUNICATIONS_ERROR) %1:313 %2:The operation couldn't be completed;Parameter 1: 313;Parameter 2:The operation couldn't be completed. Operation timed out;Parameter 3:60
