2358142 - Opening balance in RG1 report for Excise Tax in India

Opening Balance in RG1 does not give correct value when run monthly for a product.

Example: A product is involved in production from the month of January to March. if RG1 report is run only for the month of February for the same product, it does not give the correct value for Opening balance. When RG1 is run for the entire cycle in which the product in involved, then it gives the correct result for Opening balance.

Technical Limitation

Workaround: The RG1 report need to be run for the entire period in which the product is involved and not on monthly basis.
