Symptom

SAP has kept the amount of possible restrictions during the upgrade to an absolute minimum.

Follow the below recommendations and restrictions during the upgrade of your test tenant and your productive tenantto allow for a smooth running upgrade:

  • No merge back for Change Projects possible while test tenants are upgraded and production tenants are not.
  • Do not terminate or request a test tenant or productive tenant during the time between the Test-Upgrade and Productive-Upgrade
  • Avoid a Go-Livescenario during the time between the Test-Upgrade and Productive-Upgrade
  • Do not apply SAP Cloud Applications Studio add-ons during the time between Test-Upgrade
  • No productive data transfer (migration) during productive upgrade week-end
