2358458 - [CO] Social Security paid twice in month with Vacations Payroll

Symptom

  1. In a given month, an advance payment of vacations payroll (VAC0) is executed.
  2. Afterwards, new data updates are recorded on the system that affect social security for the VAC0 payroll.
  3. Then regular payroll for that month is executed.

The Social Security recalculation is not processed correctly, generating wrong results.
