• How do I grant access to the features Employee Files Portlets Permissions and Security Permission Reports?
• I am not able to see the feature Security Permission Reports or Employee Files Portlets Permissions;

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Admin Center > In manage Employee portlet > Set user permission;
2. You are not able to see Security Permission Reports or Employee Files Portlets Permissions

It is missing permission for your user or for user affected.

To access these features users must be granted the permission for "Proxy Management".

Please, follow the KBA 2087311 - Proxy Management to grant the correct permission and analyze what else this permission will be allowing for these users.

After you grant the permission, the users will be able to see the features as illustrated below:
