2358489 - Error: ConfirmationNoteEditSteplet - Transaction is being distributed

Symptom

After completing the confirmation in the Front-end in Service Manager 4.1 and transmitting to the Backend(CRM) the following error is recieved

"Error: ConfirmationNoteEditSteplet - Transaction is being distributed; creation of follow-up not allowed"

This is occurs with every order which is causin performance issues.
