This error will occur only if at least one candidate associated to the requition has the assessment triggered

You cannot delete the Assessment from the requisition, once the assessment is triggered at least to one candidate on the requisition.

Irrespective of the status of the assessment (In progress, Completed, etc) we have an order entry at the DB level when an order has been initiated to the candidate.

If we allow the user to delete it once it has been initiated, then it will create the integrity issues on what order has been initiated /completed for the candidate.

The Assessment packages can be deleted only if there is no order initiated at all for that requisition.
