Currently, sp_add_resource_limit currently requires either user name or application name to be specified (and wildcards are NOT allowed). For example:
sp_add_resource_limit NULL, NULL, “at all times”, “lock_count”, 10000
It would be useful to have an option to apply a limit to any user using any application.
