• A status change for a successor/child ChaRM document fails, but the predecessor/parent Request For Change Document status changes to the next status anyway.

SET_PREDOC, Execution time, AIC_SETTINGS, Request for change, Change Document 01) Logon to the Solution Manager (SolMan) system.02) Execute Transaction code SM_CRM, select an appropriate Business Role (SOLMANPRO).03) Open an Request For Change in status "UAT Successful".04) Open the related Change Document in the "Scope" Assignment Block with status "UAT Successful".05) Examine the "Transport Management" Assignment Block, and see that the Transport Requests have status "Changeable".06) Enter "Edit" mode in the Normal Change Document and select the PPF action for next stage of approval.07) After saving, several warnings will be displayed.  WARN    Details   Status was reset by system   WARN    Details   Transport Request task does not match the transport of copy task. 08) The status of the Normal Change Document will remain in "UAT Successful".09) Open the parent Request For Change Document.10) Status will have been updated to "Pending CM Approval", even though child document is not in the correct status. , KBA , SV-SMG-CM , Change Request Management , How To
