2358813 - Allocation consumption not changed after delivery date change on the SCM-APO delivery proposal screen

In the delivery proposal screen the schedule line date can be changed manually to a future bucket which e.g. holds no allocation quantity.
This new confirmation with the new schedule line date can be taken over into the sales order, can be saved and the consumed allocation bucket is still on the bucket of the original from the system calculated date.
