Symptom
- ASE errorlog reports an infected with signal 11 error in the module s_estmt_pssinit:
Current process infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
Address 0x0x0000000001c4650b (s_estmt_pssinit+0x6b)
- The stack trace includes functions:
s_estmt_pssinit
s_execute
Note: A complete stack trace example is available under Attachments.
- The 'lasterror' value in the stack sequence can be 0 or 701:
- lasterror = 0
- lasterror = 701
- When the issue is seen with error 701, the stack trace issue persists despite increasing the "procedure cache size" ASE configuration parameter.
