Using Theme Manager to Control the Look and Feel of the Fiori Login Page

• You can apply theming to the new login page, to better reflect your brand, without a SuccessFactors engagement
• Theming options are not as extensive as the custom login page option, in which you create an entirely new HTML page, but do allow you to control the background image, logo, and colors used on the login page
• With Theme Manager you can configure:

• Login background
• Login logo
• Login buttons
• Login footer

Note: Instance-specific configuration settings cannot be applied until the Company ID is known to the application. Therefore, the initial login page, in which the Company ID has to be provided, cannot be themed. Theming is only applied to the user login page.

Controlling the Theme on the New Login Page

1. Go to the Theme Manager and open the primary theme used in your instance
2. Expand the Login Styles section to view login theme settings
3. Use the login theme settings to define the background, logo, button colors, and footer text colors you want to use on the login page
4. Click Save to save your changes
