2359175 - Implicit Filtering - multiple restricted dimensions not all contributing to filter

A Workforce Analytics instance has restrictions on more than one structural dimension (e.g. Organizational Unit, Supervisor).  When one is selected in Report By, units are visible which are supposed to be restricted by another.

If Implicit Filtering, a back-end option, is not active for all structures they may not take each other into account.

Customer Success can check whether Implicit Filtering is fully activated in the Workforce Support Tools, and activate it in the short term.  Cloud Operations will need to make the necessary change to let it carry over to future refreshes.
