2359494 - Technical Error Appears in the 3PL Inbound Delivery Notification

You have noticed business communication error in the 3PL inbound delivery notification under Third Party Logistics work center.

Error - SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 413: Request Entity Too Large - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")

1. Go to the Third Party Logistics work center.
2. Go to the Common Tasks view.  
3. Go to the Business Communication Monitoring view.
4. Search for relevant document.
5. You can see a Technical Error.

The purchase order document with reference to the 3PL Inbound Delivery Notification contains a sizeable attachment. Due to the large content of the attachment folder, system will throw an error message. The error can also occur due to multiple line items in the purchase order document.

You have to reduce the size of the attachment document in the purchase order and then try to restart the message again.
