2359494 - HTTP Code 413: Request Entity Too Large

You have noticed business communication error in the 3PL inbound delivery notification under Third Party Logistics work center.

Error - SRT: HTTP error: ("HTTP Code 413: Request Entity Too Large - Details see in error log of transaction SRTUTIL")

1. Go to the Third Party Logistics Work Center.
2. Go to the Common Tasks View.  
3. Go to the Business Communication Monitoring View.
4. Search for relevant document, then you can see the mentioned Technical Error.

The purchase order document linked to the 3PL Inbound Delivery Notification has a large attachment, which may cause the system to display an error message.

This error can also arise from having multiple line items in the purchase order document.

You have to reduce the size of the attachment document in the purchase order and then try to restart the message again.
