2359569 - Employee ABC not employed in company YY during lifetime of project.

While assigning an employee to the project or project task system throws above error message.

1. Go to Project Management work center.
2. Choose the Projects view.
3. Search and open the Project XXXX (XXXX represents project ID).
4. Go to Work tab.
5. Choose Add Row button.
6. Add an Employee ABC (ABC represents employee ID) the system throws above error message.

If an employee has hiring date after the end date of a project or project task, this employee can't be assigned to the project.

System works as designed.
