2359640 - SAP SuccessFactors Learning import content fails

While importing content an error appears saying the transaction is rolled back:

• Please report the following error to your system administrator: Transaction rolled back because it has been marked as rollback-only.

1. Go to Content >
2. Tools >
3. Import Content
4. Select any method, like Add New Content >
5. Pick a SCORM package to upload >
6. Fill out the import details on the next page >
7. Select Import Files >
8. The next screen shows validation successful, but allows you to edit the Content Object IDs >
9. Edit the Content Object IDs and add special characters (examples ~@#$%^&*?) >
10. Run the import job and the issue will occur.

• The special characters are causing the import job to fail.
• This error may also appear if the content package is too large:
• The Max File Size for Content is controlled by the "maximumFileSizeKB" setting in CONTENT_IMPORT configuration file.

When you edit the Content Object IDs do not add special characters
