2359681 - PowerBuilder .NET 12.6 (build 4098) - Buttons drop off the bottom of screen

Symptom

After installing PowerBuilder .NET 12.6 - build 4098,  all buttons on application, drop off the bottom of the screen.

This was working using PowerBuilder .NET 12.6 (build 4091).

The screen resolution is at 1024x768 and the Display is set to 'Smaller - 100% (default)' and there were no changes to these settings.
