Logic about how Rating in Compensation Modeling works. To use Rating attribute of the guideline in Modeling the expected flow should be the following:

When you are setting up for the first time:

• Take anew template
• Create a form
• Make sure ratings are entered and form is saved.( form need not be completed)
• Clone the template
• Create a model on the cloned template.

In summary, the Rating of the Compensation Modeling will be based on last year's template (the one that was copied from).
