2359862 - Error "File contains no IDs" when installing a SAPUI5 patch

When installing a SAPUI5 patch with the /UI5/UI5_UPLOAD_PATCH_TO_MIME report, the process aborts with the following error message:

"File contains no IDs"

Therefore it is not possible to update the SAPUI5 patch level. The error may occur when running on test mode or after a successful test.
