2359878 - Exch.rate is not reflected in BKPF-KURSF correctly after applying note 619330 or 2410560

Symptom

After implementing Note 619330 or 2410560, when you post a goods receipt or a goods issue, document date is taking into account for the foreign currency conversion correctly, however this exchange rate used, is not reflected in the header of the accounting document(BKPF-KURSF).
