2359898 - Use ILOData to flush existing offline store

Symptom

Able to refresh the offline store using ILOData, but when try to flush,
gets 'Segmentation fault 11' and exited from the command line.

If you remove the X-CRSF-TOKEN from within the app, the application also crashes.
