You receive an error message when you try to call Customer Fact Sheet from a Customer. There is a Communication Webservice already created.
Error : External Identifier for Sales Organization XYZ could not be determined.
Reproducing the Issue
1) Go to Customer workcenter
2) Select Accounts view
3) Search required Account and Open
4) Go to the tab Sales Data
5) Select ERP- Customer Fact Sheet
This occurs due to incorrect ID Mapping for Integration. The mapping maintained for ERP Sales Offices is Internal ID XYZ = External ID ABC.
Also the selected Org Unit is not a Sales Office.
Verify your ID mapping if it is correct. If the ID mapping is not correct then remove the mapping and try the Customer Fact Sheet again.
