2359969 - Add "Search by Competency" to dropdown in PM Form - Learning Activities

Issue: Search by Competency not showing in dropdown menu in Forms.

Performance Management and CDP

Open a form > scroll down to the CDP section > no option to search by competency in the dropdown. 

No Competencies have been assigned to the Learning Activity

This solution depends on the customer's configuration. 

If the option is visible, click on Add Learning Activity to Form:

This opens a popup with the possiblity to assign Competencies to the form:

Check some Competencies > Save and Close.

Now the option to Search By Competencies will appear in the dropdown:
