2360074 - Material cannot be downloaded due to special characters in material ID

Symptom

The material number in ERP system contains special characters, such as "-" or "/", so it could not be downloaded to CRM/SRM system successfully. There is bdoc error "Product ID &1 contains invalid special characters" (error message no. COM_PRODUCT_CUSTMSG011).
