The AccountID field cannot be added to a Live Activity.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer Core Applications
Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Live Activity.
- Observe that there is no option to add the AccountID field to the Live Activity.
Cause
- Live Activity Left panel (search) is built on a custom controller.
- In the current release of SAP Cloud for Customer, adding the AccountID field to a Live Activity is not supported.
- This is the intended system behavior.
Resolution
- This functionality has been requested in the SAP Customer Influence Portal.
