2360205 - Approval Icon disabled under the Approval Tab for Delegate user

Symptom

Approve icon disabled under Approval tab in Sales Quote for delegate user.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Sales Quote view.
  3. Open Sales Quote xyz(where xyz is name of the Sales Quote).
  4. Switch to Approval tab.
  5. The Approve and Send Back For Revision icons are disabled under the action field.

Cause

When setup as a delegate, a user is only allowed to approve documents from the Notifications section of the system and not from with the Approval tab of the document.

Resolution

This is an expected system behaviour.
