SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2360209 - "Report Server Configuration" in Data Services Management Console is NOT available and shows error

Symptom

  • Open "Report Server Configuration" in Data Services Management Console shows error
  • Error: "While trying to invoke the method com.sap.dataservices.dqservice.DQReportExportinfo.getMachineName() of a null object loaded from local variable 'rptExpinfo' "
  • There are no "Reset" and "Apply" buttons.
  • The interface shows as the following:DQ_EIMAPS.png
