When attempting to add a new Instrutor with WebEx VLS Settings to configure, the following error is generated:

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.plateausystems.elms.framework.

Cause
Incorrect VLS Configuration settings for WebEx are being used.
Resolution
Use the correct VLS Configuration settings for WebEx to eliminate the error currently being generated.
