2360951 - SQL error -5004, POS(81) Missing constant during system copy, import

Symptom

During the import phase of a system copy/migration of an AS ABAP system, R3load fails with an error.
You start to analyze the problem according to SAP Note:

2146357 - How to start analyzing ‘Migration Monitor’ issues during execution of Software Provisioning Manager tool (SWPM)

and find the error in the package log, like e.g. SAPAPPL1.LOG:

"ERROR exec_ddl_stmt: (DB) ERROR: DDL statement failed
 (CREATE TABLE "$TMP_DEMO_GTT" ( "$ada_session_id" CHAR (6) BYTE not null default TRANSACTION,"ID" VARCHAR2(1) UNICODE DEFAULT ' ' NOT NULL , "COL" NUMBER(10) DEFAULT 0 NOT NULL  ) NO FIXED LENGTH COLUMN )
 DbSlExecute: rc = 99
  (SQL error -5004)
  error message returned by DbSl:

POS(81) Missing constant"

The number behind POS can be different in each case as well as the table name.
