• While performing an upgrade using the Software Update Manager (SUM) an error occurs in phase "MAIN_INIT/INSTTEMPLIC_MSGKEY".
• The following error can be found in the SAPup_troubleticket.log file.

SAPup broke during phase INSTTEMPLIC_MSGKEY in module MAIN_INIT / Configuration and Initialization
Error Message: Process /.../SUM/abap/exe/saplikey exited with 2, see '/.../SUM/abap/log/SAPLIKEY.OUT' for details 

• The following information can be found in the SAPLIKEY.OUT file.
