2361205 - EWM Monitor shows different status then PRDO or PRDI transaction

Symptom

  • The status of a delivery in transactions /SCWM/PRDO or /SCWM/PRDI vs /SCWM/MON are different
  • For example, an outbound delivery is completed in /SCWM/PRDO but the monitor /SCWM/MON shows "Not started" or "Partially completed".
