2361205 - EWM Monitor shows different status than PRDO or PRDI transaction

Symptom

  • The status of a delivery in transactions /SCWM/PRDO or /SCWM/PRDI vs /SCWM/MON is different;
  • E.g. an outbound delivery is completed in /SCWM/PRDO but the monitor /SCWM/MON shows "Not started".
