2361232 - BEx Analyzer toolbar not responding; Office has detected a problem with this file.

Symptom

  • When trying to execute BEx Analyzer, buttons does not respond. The help button appears in blue, instead of yellow

  • While clicking on a BEx button, the following pop-up appears:

  •  When trying to open BExAnalyzer.xla file with MS Excel (location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SAP Shared\BW ) the following message appears:
