2361283 - Uploaded file is copied to other file upload - Onboarding

Symptom

File uploaded to one section is copied to other file upload field in the same panel.

When one of the uploaded file is deleted, all other files are deleted from the entire panel.

Cause

Missing Form Code for each file

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Onboarding
  2. Go to Settings -> Panels
  3. Click on User Defined Panels
  4. Click on the + sign near Wizard
  5. Choose the panel
  6. Click on the upload section 
  7. Come down to the Property of the file upload
  8. Below the file type, you will see Form Code
  9. Make sure you have form code for each file.
