2361729 - Learning plan items locked out

Symptom

The user is unable to access any of the courses from the learning plan, they show "LOCKED OUT".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Cause

The "User has access to the online items" option is not enabled:

Resolution

In the LMS admin side:

  1. Go to the profile of the user with the problem > Then in the "More" section click on "Online Status" and activate the checkbox "User has access to the online items" > Click on "Apply Changes".

DB Tip: This value is stored in the PA_STUDENT table on the HAS_ACCESS column (the default value is 'Y').
