2361745 - Software Update Manager (SUM) determines incorrect Oracle DB version in the step DETERMINE-DB-VERSION

You are upgrading to NW 7.5 where the minimum Oracle DB version is 12.1.0.2.2. You have already upgraded the Oracle database to meet the minimum requirement. 
However Software Update Manager (SUM) throws the below error in the step ANALYSE-CHECKS-RESULT (Logfile: <Path to SUM>/SUM/sdt/log/ANALYSE-CHECKS-RESULT_XX.LOG)
