2361746 - IQ Cockpit on windows service records the error in the event log

IQ Cockpit process to be started from the Windows Service has the following process tree.
IQ Cockpit will start the iqsrv16.exe via the findiqver.exe to get the IQ version.

      +--- iqsrv16.exe

In this case, the version dialog of iqsrv16.exe will be recorded in the Windows Event as the following error.
