Symptom
IQ Cockpit process to be started from the Windows Service has the following process tree.
IQ Cockpit will start the iqsrv16.exe via the findiqver.exe to get the IQ version.
+ cockpitsvc.exe
+--+ cmd.exe
+--+ findiqver.exe
+--- iqsrv16.exe
In this case, the version dialog of iqsrv16.exe will be recorded in the Windows Event as the following error.
