2361824 - Creating connection to HANA failed using Replication Server 15.7.1 SP100

Symptom

When you set up a replication environment using HANA as a replicate database, the following error was encountered when creating connection to HANA,

E. 2016/08/25 10:58:24. ERROR #32054 USER(sa) - /nrm/nrm.c(9257)

        Unable to find the rs_datatype row for DTID '0x0000000000010a02'.

W. 2016/08/25 10:58:24. WARNING #15542 USER(sa) - dl/ddldb.c(6314)

        Connection to server <server_name> failed. Command batch not executed. See the Replication Server error log for details.
