2362229 - You are not Able to Convert an Individual Customer/Contact to Employee

Symptom

You are not able to convert an Individual Customer/Contact to Employee.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customers work center.
  2. Go to the Individual Customers or Contacts view.
  3. Open any Individual Customer or Contact.
  4. There is no possiblity to convert them to Employee.

Cause

In current release of SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer it is not possible to convert an Individual Customer/Contact to Employee. This is the designed behavior.
