2362301 - HANA ALTER TABLE command fails on tables in SYS and _SYS_AUDIT schema

When attempting an ALTER TABLE command, e.g. to partition a table as below:

ALTER TABLE <table> PARTITION BY

The error below is returned:

insufficient privilege: only internal SYS user can modify objects in SYS and _SYS_AUDIT schema
