2362822 - cannot create DB2 table spaces with physical options - SAP PD 16.6

• When a new tablespace is being created and configuring physical options, the right parenthesis is automatically removed if the database name is short (4 chars).
  As a consequence, any new physical option is not saved when clicking the Apply/OK button.
• User can not select an existing database in the General tab of the Tablespsace property sheet.
  The dropdown may contain some items, but selecting a value has no effect: it remains <None>.
• The database name may be truncated or suffixed by an extra space char in the tablespace property sheet.
  PowerDesigner generates an incorrect SQL script to drop/create the table space.
