2363076 - Troubleshooting for Issues with Number Ranges monitoring in SAP Solution Manager


Within the Business Process Operations Workcenter of SAP Solution Manager, a Number Ranges cross-application monitor has been activated and one of the following behaviours has been noticed:

  • The alerting status of the monitor within the BPO Alert Inbox remains unchanged.
  • The alerting results for the monitor is unexpected or contradicts what is seen within the managed/satellite system.
