Symptom
In your Solution Manager system you find a short dump in ST22:
Category ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED
ABAP Program CL_IM_AI_IM_MAIL_FORMS========CP
Application Component SV-SMG-SUP
in the following cases :
- When creating an incident from a managed system, you get this error message:
"Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System." Technical error message number is BCOS005 .
- Job SM:REFRESH MESSAGE STATUS that runs program AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP is canceled
- Job SM:ITTM_SET_OVERDUE_STATUS running program AI_CRM_PROCESS_SLA is canceled
- When creating a incident in sm_crm you get a BSP error, you find a dump in GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED in ST22
- System Monitoring is enabled to create Automatic Incidents but this is not happening.
- When Focused Build Release Batch Import (/SALM/BATCH_IMPORT_TRIGGER) triggers document status change and then ppf mail action is executed. So the error is raised when trying to send mail using mail forms.
